PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Geoff is known for his passion about the community-based rehabilitation sector and for promoting positive outcomes for people living in the community who have sustained a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). He is sought after for his capacity to quickly appreciate the contextual issues facing individuals with TBI, their families, friends and professional stakeholders.
Geoff has worked extensively with professional stakeholders in the public, private and community sectors for the past eight years including developing and running a successful community-based rehabilitation support coordination and case manage service for a not for profit organisation. He also has experience as a private practice professional counsellor which has provided him with the practical experience required to work with others to generate sustainable change. Geoff believes strongly in developing rapport through collaboration and respect for the individual. The capacity of this approach ensures positive engagement and support to others.
