Josie has been with Lighthouse Health Group for many years and was previously a member of the SpineCare Village multi-disciplinary rehabilitation team.  She now manages our National Head Office and also acts as the Executive Assistant to the Director – Medico Legal & Rehabilitation Services.

 

Josie is generally the first person our clients come into contact with and her pleasant and courteous manner does not go unnoticed.  Because many of our clients remain in our care for lengthy periods of time – sometimes even years, Josie has become instantly recognisable to many of our clients and funding agencies.

One of Josie’s most important roles is to maintain our ‘Master Client Register’ in accordance with our Privacy Policy and ISO 9000:2008 quality standards.  Once referrals are entered into our register, she creates the electronic and hard-copy client files ready for allocation to our rehabilitation Consultants and Case Managers.
