Quality Management System AS/NZ ISO9001:2008 Lighthouse Health Group is fully committed to quality and continuous improvement of its services and processes. In 2005 a decision was made by the Directors to seek certification to the International Standards Organisation (ISO) 9001:2000 standard for quality endorsed organisations. This certification process took us almost six months to complete resulting in our first registration in April 2005. Since then we have undergone annual surveillance audits by SAI Global to ensure that our business proccesses, customer focus and satisfaction measurement and any corrective and/or preventative actions have been developed, recorded and improved upon. We are now certified to ISO 9001:2008 as shown on our Certificate of Registration.
All our professional rehabilitation plans, medico-legal reports and life care plans are peer reviewed prior to their release. The additional time taken to complete this process is worth the effort because the end result is a better product. We encourage you to make any suggestions to us that might help in continuing to improve our services. Insurances Lighthouse Health Group holds all prerequisite statutory insurances required to allow our consultants to provide professional advice and services. Each of our consultants and office personnel are also covered by valid Worker’s Compensation insurance. Copies of our various Certificates of Currency are available upon request from our National Head Office.
